You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property.

• For booking pitches, if you come to the campsite (with or without prior reservation), it must be installed on your plot before 24 hours to avoid disturbing your neighbors.
• For accommodation reservations (mobile homes, glamping and rooms), entry is from 4 pm. If they arrive after 00 am, they will be given the key to their accommodation and will have to pass during the next morning at reception to proceed to check-in.
