General

You will find a 24-hour front desk at the property.

  • For booking pitches, if you come to the campsite (with or without prior reservation), it must be installed on your plot before 24 hours to avoid disturbing your neighbors.
  • For accommodation reservations (mobile homes, glamping and rooms), entry is from 2pm. If they arrive after 00 am, they will be given the key to their accommodation and will have to pass during the next morning at reception to proceed to check-in.

Yes, after vacating your accommodation/plot and parking your vehicle outside the campsite facilities, you can continue to enjoy our services. You must leave the premises before 20.00h.

Pets are allowed on the pitches and in the Venus and Astria Mobilehomes.

The owners of pets that access the facilities must prove that they have a current vaccination card and the regulatory chip. Non-accreditation will imply the restriction of access.

The access of the considered dangerous breeds is prohibited.

If you are responsible for the behavior of your pet within the establishment (both inside the accommodation, as well as in the facilities as a whole, as well as for the damage or inconvenience that it causes to other people, animals or objects, in accordance with the provisions in the applicable civil legislation.

The entry of pets in the restaurant and in restricted areas for hygiene reasons such as the swimming pool or sanitary blocks will be prohibited. Guide dogs are excluded from this restriction.

If you stay with your pet, you should take care of the animal’s welfare, avoid uncontrolled exposure to the sun or the elements and always collect its stools. Failure to comply with these measures may generate a complaint to the health authorities and, always, the non-return of the established bond will correspond.

All plots have electricity (included in the price of the plot).
The Premium plots also have a water intake and drain. In the rest of the areas there are nearby sources of drinking water.

Leisure and Services

No, we don’t have an ATM machine in the campsite.

Coin-operated washers and dryers are available. They are located next to the central toilets. Any other services should be discussed with Reception.

My Booking

At the time of booking, 30% of the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card as a deposit/reservation.

After booking, you will receive it during 24h. a confirmation and an accompanying form. By filling in and sending the form with all the details and those of your companions, you will avoid queuing on the day of your arrival and will significantly expedite the check-in procedures.

There are two types of fee

Standard Rate

In case of cancellation, the campsite will respond with the following conditions if its cancellation occurs:

Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date: refund of the deposit paid. Cancellation 30 days or less, and more than 7 days before the arrival date: retention of 50% of the deposit paid. Cancellation less than 7 days before the arrival date: 100% retention of the deposit paid.

Non Refundable Rate

This rate supposes an important discount on the standard rate, so when confirming the reservation 100% will be charged and the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Accommodations and Plots

Yes, you can get visitors. At the time of entry they must be accompanied by one of the occupants of the plot/accommodation.
All visits to families that are housed in plots are subject to a fee (see Reception).

For accommodation, the number of visits exceeding the maximum occupancy of your accommodation is subject to a rate.

No. It is not possible to perform a seasonal contract.

Despite having many trees throughout the campsite, we cannot guarantee shade. At check-in you can ask if there is availability.
