These are the conditions that regulate the online booking service offered on the web owned by FUMANYA, S.A., NIF A08627663, with address at C-31, km 186.2, 08850 Gavá, Barcelona, Spain.

As a User, you declare to be of legal age and / or have the legal capacity and to act sufficiently to accept, fully and without reservation, the General Conditions of Contract listed below.

This document is accessible at any time in the lower submenu of the website and at the time prior to confirming the purchase and can be printed and stored by the user.

Procedures for online reservation

The reservation of the accommodations in the web is carried out following the following steps:

1.- Accommodation selection

The User has on the website of 3 Star Camping, different spaces where to consult the accommodation offered.

When selecting a lodging, the reservation management window will open, in which the information corresponding to the accommodation will appear: Capacity, number and type of rooms, equipment and photographs. From this window the User will be able to continue selecting more accommodations through the different options at his disposal.

The selected accommodations are incorporated as “stays” into the reserve basket, allowing the user to access this by clicking on the text “My basket” (at the top right of the booking window next to the “Shopping Cart” icon) and check the accommodations that are part of your reservation cart.

If you want to delete any of the rooms, the user must go to “My basket”, select the room and mark the “Delete” button. In the same way, to increase the number of units to be reserved for each of the products, you must mark the “Duplicate this stay” button.

2.- Realization of the reservation

Once all the desired stays have been chosen, you can start the reservation process by clicking on the “Reserve” button, and you will be redirected to the booking management window. In which the following sections must be completed:

– Information of the stay: In this phase, the User will specify for each of the selected stays the number of people, vehicles, other additional services, promotions and observations about the stay.

In this section the calculated budget of the stay will be shown. The user will have the possibility to print said budget

– Introduction of personal data: once the information of the stay information has been provided, the User will go to the next section “Your data”, in which the user must provide their personal data necessary to make the reservation. Please read the personal data protection notice that appears in these conditions.

Also, in this window the partial and total budget will be shown for the selected stays, as well as the amount to be paid on account.

– Payment and summary. The summary of the selected stays, the price per accommodation and the total for all the stays and the amount to be paid on account will be shown. Prior to the payment of the reservation, the User may modify and / or correct errors in the introduction of the data by going back to the previous section “Information stay” and “Your data” or entering “My basket” to remove or add stays.

The User must make the payment of the amount to be paid on account by credit card, by clicking on the “Confirm your reservation” or “End your reservation” button. In this case, you must have accepted these General Conditions, which implies its irrevocable reading and acceptance.

The payment process is done through the Cyberpack payment platform of “La Caixa”. The User must provide the number, expiration date and secure identification code of his card. The issuer of the card will carry out the usual cardholder identification checks and, once identified, the transaction will proceed securely.

Once the payment is made via, an order confirmation e-mail is sent.

3.- Confirmation of the reservation

After the online reservation process and receiving the reservation in our system, the User will receive a confirmation email. It is essential that during the reservation process the user indicate a valid email. If in 24 hours from the end of the reservation the User does not receive the confirmation, they must contact Camping 3 Estrellas through the means indicated in these General Conditions.


Prior to the completion of the purchase, the user will have at their disposal the description and characteristics of the accommodations and their image from different perspectives.


The prices shown at the time of booking include VAT. In the event of changes in the tax rate between the date of the reservation and the date of delivery of the services, the current tax rate will apply at the time of delivery of the services. In the case of additional taxes not included in the price, the User will be informed at the time of booking.

The rates are determined according to the season of the year, the duration of the stay and the services contracted.

Payment conditions

To confirm a booking done from the website it is always necessary to make a payment as a concept of Delivery to Account, depending on the rate chosen will vary the amount to be paid. Tres Estrellas Campings does not store any data regarding user’s credit card or PayPal account.

Deposit as guarantee

A security deposit will be paid upon arrival, charged to a credit card, with the following amounts:

  • In Cabins 2 and Cabins 4, Mobile Room Coco 1 and Mobile Room Coco 2, Safari Basic Tent and Domes the deposit will be 50,00€.
  • In the Mobile homes Gaudí, Dalí, Venus and Astria, in the Caravan Family and Caravan Duo and in the Victoria Premium Glam Tent the deposit will be 100,00€.

Said deposit will be returned with a maximum of 48h. from the departure, after checking the correct condition of the accommodation.


In accordance with the provisions of article 103 of Law 3/2014, of March 27, which modifies the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the exception to the right of withdrawal is established in the provision of accommodation services for purposes other than housing.


Standard Rate

In case of cancellation, the campsite will respond under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date: refund of the deposit paid.
  • Cancellation 30 days or less and more than 7 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the deposit will be retained.
  • Cancellation 7 days or less prior to arrival date: 100% of the deposit will be retained.

Non-Refundable Rate

This rate supposes a discount on the standard rate, when confirming the reservation 100% of the total price will be charged and the return will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Flexible Tariff 48h.

In case of cancellation, the campsite will respond under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation more than 2 days before the arrival date, no charge will be made.
  • Cancellation 2 days or less prior to arrival date, 100% of the deposit paid will be retained.

Resignation to stay

When the user of the accommodation leaves the unit before the reserved departure date, it loses the right to reimbursement of the days not enjoyed.


The User may make complaints and complaints to Camping 3 Estrellas by any of the means indicated above in the contact information.


The languages in which the Contract can be formalized will be Spanish, French, German or English depending on the language selected on the website.

Personal data protection

The personal data provided by the User will be included in a file responsible for Camping 3 Estrellas, with address at C-31, km 186.2, 08850 Gavá, whose purpose is the management and administration of the services provided to users and customers, the management, administration, provision, expansion and better services of the Camping and add suitability to the preferences and tastes of customers, compliance with the provisions in force relating to the entry of travelers, as well as shipping by any means, including electronic means, of information relative to the products and services of the company.

The User can exercise the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition by sending a letter to Camping 3 Estrellas, PO Box 238, 08850 Gavá or email, attaching a copy of the document proving their identity.

If during the execution of the contract the User provides personal data referring to the persons traveling with him, he must, prior to its inclusion, inform said third parties of the ends contained in the previous paragraph and, in any case, of the purpose of the assignment. For this purpose, the communication of personal data of third parties is conditioned to the principle of necessity and proportionality and to the communication of current and accurate data, and requires prior information and request the consent of said third parties for the processing of their data unless there is a legal authorization to the effect.

In the event that you have booked through an online accommodation reservation company, we inform you that your data has been provided by the reservation company and incorporated into our files for the indicated purpose.

Applicable regulations and legislation

These terms and conditions of use are governed by Spanish regulations. In the event of a discrepancy in the interpretation, the Spanish version of these terms of use will prevail over the others, in any other language.

For any controversy that may arise due to the interpretation of this Contract, the judges and courts provided by Law will be competent.
